Evan Dash’s journey took him from firefighter to business executive before becoming a household name in the kitchenware industry. Dash traded his firefighting gear for a suit and tie and moved into the corporate world, leveraging his leadership skills and tenacity to climb the ranks. He eventually became Senior Vice President of home products for Macy’s at a time when the Food Network was turning chefs into celebrities, and the kitchen was becoming the center of the home. After learning the ins and outs of the kitchen products business, his entrepreneurial vision set him on a path to redefine the kitchenware landscape. Alongside his wife Rachel, they launched DASH, their namesake kitchenware brand. With a keen understanding of consumer needs and an eye for innovation, the DASH brand quickly gained traction, captivating households around the globe with its innovative products and fresh designs. Under Dash’s leadership, the company skyrocketed to success, achieving sales of over 1 billion dollars and earning numerous accolades, including four consecutive years on INC’s list of Fastest Growing Businesses, Crain’s Fast 50, and Entrepreneur’s 360 list.
