She earned her BS from Fairleigh Dickinson University, her MBA from New York University, and her PhD from the University of South Florida. Ann is a CPA (NJ) with 15 years of experience in both public and corporate accounting.

GUIDO L. GEERTS is a professor of accounting and EY Faculty Scholar at the Lerner College of Business, University of Delaware, where he teaches accounting information systems and data analytics. He received a PhD in accounting information systems from the Free University of Brussels, Belgium in 1993.

She is a Colorado State University faculty emeritus.
