This book collects a selection of papers presented at the 19th International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management and XXIX Congreso de Ingeniería de Organización (CIO2025), that took place on 3 and 4 July 2025 in Seville. The conference was hosted by the Asociación para el Desarrollo de la Ingeniería de Organización (ADINGOR) and was organized by the Universidad de Sevilla, Spain.
