The GUI management interface in DXOP is written in Adobe Flex, as evidenced by the DXOP.swf loading file when the page first loads. The latest release has done away with Java and JavaScript applet communication which was known for glitches depending on the web browser version and JVM. Inherent within the DXOP solution is a DMZ proxy for added secure as well as protocol conversion.
