She completely understands the frustration of chronic headaches, brain fog and challenges with her memory and her ability to problem solve.

She developed this brain recovery workbook because she is passionate about helping others who are walking through the same experiences in life. She has always found puzzles to be a great distraction from headaches, and an excellent way to improve her thinking abilities.

Mariquita Joy is an RN MPH who has worked with brain injured patients for over a decade. She helps them navigate the healthcare system to get the therapy and treatments they need to get back a new normal life.
