Viola Weatherspoon and Tyrone Landowski are an unlikely team. Residents of Glendon Hills Retirement Community they’ve become fast friends. Vi cannot tolerate the thought of Phyllis spending the rest of her life in a mental hospital so she and Ty investigate on their own. While they are interviewing past coworkers and neighbors of Ralph, an unknown distant relative comes into Ty’s life with an urgent request. Just when it seems that Phyllis has no recourse but to plead insanity a series of shocking circumstances bring the real killer to light.
