About the Author: Pat Langley-Price and Philip Ouvry hold Ocean Yachtmaster Certificates and are qualified RYA Instructors. Pat has the practical experience gained during thousands of miles of yacht deliveries and also as an Instructor. Philip served in the Royal Navy for 20 years and was an Examining Officer of naval yacht skippers.
