About the Author

Jim has worked 15 years as a cross-cultural missionary in Latin America, then has spent the last 15 years learning how to best resource people in growth and ministry using the Internet. His passion is to help people learn for themselves, to grow in participating in a transformational community and to use their unique gifts in the service of Jesus Christ. Since he believes we learn best by imitation, growth is best accomplished by people helping people. He works in both Spanish and English.
