ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Richard started life working as a farm laborer in 1998. He had to overcome enormous setbacks to achieve his goals especially in education, career and business. Richard now works as Business Manager with CalBank PLC, where he oversees the commercial banking business in twelve branches. He is also speaker, author, entrepreneur and lead Consultant at Enolvi Consulting, an organization he funded in 2005 whiles studying for his first degree at KNUST.
