About the Author
Denise Fay is an experienced international marketing professional based in Dublin, Ireland. She holds a Masters of Business Studies in International Marketing from the Smurfit Graduate Business School, University College Dublin. In addition, she attained her Bachelor of Business & Law from UCD. Her career to date has seen her work in a number of senior marketing roles in marketing communications, strategic marketing, customer relationship management and product management. Having worked with Fortune 500 and multi-national companies, Denise set up the marketing communications agency, Achieve Marketing in 2006. It helps multi-nationals, small businesses, solo-entrepreneurs and government organisations to communicate a better message to their audience. Due to the demand for her award-winning copy-writing services, Denise set up the website, Working Words by Denise Fay as a separate division of Achieve Marketing. Denise's first book, 31 days to write better copy, began as a blog series. It won a coveted APEX 2011 Award for Publication.
