Digest Reprint, ca. 1944; no mention of abridgment, but likely. Condition: Fair: The front cover shows faint pencil marks, creasing and edge chipping. The back cover shows creasing and edge chipping. The spine is rolled with short splits on the ends (paper not peeling), chipping on the ends and edge rubbing. The pages are securely bound and toned but are still supple; the title page and the next page each show a short, closed edge tear. The page edges show slight darkening and slight rubbing. This book will be placed in a new archival bag and shipped after receipt of payment in a reinforced padded mailer with a USPS tracking number.
