Deadworld Archives: Book Two

Before there was The Walking Dead there was Deadworld. With over 1,000,000 copies in print and over 100 comic issues and graphic novels of storytelling, Deadworld is considered by many to be the godfather of the recent zombie comic book craze.

In BOOK TWO of the Deadworld Archives series, collecting all the original Deadworld comic book run, the teens find out that there are even greater horrors than the zombies as the grakken demon creatures arrive. When they are rescued by a para-military group, they believe they have finally found safety and civilization. But sometimes, humans can be worse than any zombie threat. BOOK TWO collects comic issues #5-8 of Volume One of the long running series Deadworld plus the short story Doom Patrol.

VINCE LOCKE started his comic career with Deadworld and later went on to work with Neil Gaiman and Jill Thompson on the "Sandman" series from Vertigo/DC. He was also the illustrator of "A History of Violence" which became a major feature film. Vince is also the artist of the Cannibal Corpses covers. His most recent book is Junction True from IDW. STUART KERR was one of the original creators of Deadworld, along with Ralph Griffith. Together, the duo also co-created "OZ" and "The Realm" series which came out originally from Arrow and and is now published by Caliber Comics.
