Deal Structure Overtime: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly Exposed

In early 2018, we started a weekly series on our Smart Real Estate Coach YouTube channel called Deal Structure Sundays. The goal of these videos was to help aspiring real estate investors understand a bit more of the terms niche that might be difficult to grasp without some real world examples. As years went by and the world got more complicated, so did our transactions; terms got lengthier, new-and-exciting pivots were introduced, life events happened, and solutions were created. So, we decided to expand these lessons into a course called Deal Structure Overtime. As a part of our Wicked Smart Academy, students will be able to dive deeper into the stories behind these deals, blemishes-and-all. Each one is chock full of all the nuts-and-bolts, true-to-life stories that make up the day-to-day of our real estate investment business.
