Dear AI, I'm ADHDrowning (Paperback or Softback)

This book isn’t here to “fix” your ADHD. It’s here to help you cope, function, and breathe.
If you’re tired of trying productivity hacks that work for two days (and then crash), or if your emotions take over faster than your brain can keep up, this is your permission slip to get support, without needing another app or accountability buddy. You’ll learn how to use AI as a tool for:

• Managing executive dysfunction and task paralysis.

• Talking through emotional meltdowns and identifying needs.

• Creating ADHD-friendly daily routines you’ll actually stick with.

• Reclaiming your time, focus, and energy, even on bad days.

This practical, neurodivergent-friendly guide shows you how to use ChatGPT (and other AI tools) as a personal assistant for your ADHD brain. From building routines to emotional regulation, you'll learn how to get real support without judgment, pressure, or impossible expectations.

Executive Function Support

Lost in a mess of tabs and forgotten to-do lists? Learn how to use ChatGPT like your own executive function assistant — one who remembers, prompts, and plans with you, not for you.

Time Management

Sick of ADHD time blindness making you late or stuck? This book gives you ready-to-use prompts to help you build adaptive systems with AI, and when they stop working, you can build new ones.

Routines That Flex

Rigid schedules fall apart. AI helps you co-create routines that match your energy, shift with your needs, and still keep you grounded.

Overwhelm + Crisis Mode

Melting down or too frozen to start? Talk it through with your AI companion. Use crisis-mode prompts to self-regulate, plan a reset, or just get a compassionate nudge in the right direction.

Emotional Support

From racing thoughts to rejection sensitivity, learn how to train AI to respond gently, help you name your feelings, and talk you through emotional spirals.

Everyday ADHD Life

Use AI to manage errands, break down big tasks, meal plan, budget, and handle the life admin you keep putting off. No nagging, no shame; just practical help.

Plus:

• A quickstart guide to using free AI tools

• Tips on data safety and privacy
