Dear AI, I'm ADHDrowning

This book isn’t here to “fix” your ADHD. It’s here to help you cope, function, and breathe.
If you’re tired of trying productivity hacks that work for two days (and then crash), or if your emotions take over faster than your brain can keep up, this is your permission slip to get support, without needing another app or accountability buddy. You’ll learn how to use AI as a tool for:

• Managing executive dysfunction and task paralysis.

• Talking through emotional meltdowns and identifying needs.

• Creating ADHD-friendly daily routines you’ll actually stick with.

• Reclaiming your time, focus, and energy, even on bad days.

This practical, neurodivergent-friendly guide shows you how to use ChatGPT (and other AI tools) as a personal assistant for your ADHD brain. From building routines to emotional regulation, you'll learn how to get real support without judgment, pressure, or impossible expectations.
