Dear God, Please Help Me Stay On My Diet Today: A Spiritual Approach to Weight Loss for Those Who Love God

God heard your prayers and passed them on to me. You know, the ones asking for help in losing weight and staying on your diet. So, here it is! The perfect book, just waiting for you to begin, again. Crack through your destructive eating habits with reminders like, "smaller plate, smaller portions, smaller you." Prayers about eating, and lists of activities to do besides eating, all support you toward your battle with weight and health. With God standing by your side, success is easier in helping you put the spoon down. If God could create the entire universe with all its intricacies and wonder, He can certainly help all of us who have faith to stay on a diet.
