About the Author
Janice Weinberg is uniquely qualified to advise information technology professionals on career matters. She acquired her IT knowledge as a systems programmer for IBM, and later at GE, where she held marketing, sales management, and strategic planning roles in GE's computer services business. Subsequently, Weinberg served as an adjunct faculty member of GE's Management Development Institute. Today, as founder of Career Solutions of Westport, Connecticut, she serves an international clientele of Fortune 1000 executives.
