Numero di questa importante rivista modernista, voce delle arti grafiche americane dal 1934 al 1942. Questo numero e' dedicato adÂHerbert Bayer, tipografo, pittore, designer, fotografo, allestitore di mostre. Entro' nel Bauhaus nel 1921 e fu fortemente influenzato da Kandinsky, Moholy-Nagy e El Lissitzky. Lascio' nel 1923, ma torno' nel 1925 per diventare maestro nella scuola. Bayer emigro' poi negli Stati Uniti dove apri' uno studio nel 1938. In questo numero compare anche un contributo su Fritz Eichenberg oltre a varie illustrazioni in nero diÂdiversi artisti. ITA.
