About the Author

Thulani Dube is a Lecturer and Chairperson in the Department of Development Studies at Lupane State University in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He obtained his Master of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Leeds in 2004. He is currently a PhD candidate. Thulani has lectured at the University of Zimbabwe and Midlands State University.
