This book is written for decision makers acting within organisations whose success strongly depends on employees' knowledge who easily could leave the company.

Diploma in Design,Diploma in Economics,studied Economics in Stuttgart, workedfor a Swiss consulting company in Frankfurt,studied eBusiness at University of Arts, Berlin,received a scholarship by Siemens and wentoff to finish his diploma thesis at EdithCowan University, Perth/ Australia.Today, he works for Siemens Medical Solutions.
