Decline and Fall of Macready's Club

Famous actors, playwrights, judges, and royalty once graced Macready’s Club, an exclusive British gentlemen’s institution steeped in tradition. But behind the grandeur lies an outdated rule that threatens its very existence: women are strictly excluded from membership.

Set in a modern London gentlemen’s club, Decline & Fall of Macready’s Club is a clever feminist farce and witty British satire. The story pits old-world privilege against modern society as Brigit "The Scorpion" strikes fear into the heart of the club’s members. With her relentless campaign for gender equality, Brigit launches a media storm that exposes hypocrisy, power struggles, and the dark comedy of a crumbling elite. From courtroom clashes to sharp social commentary, this novel explores political correctness, anti-woke movements, and the battle between tradition and progress.

Will Macready’s reform before Brigit’s sting delivers the coup de grâce ? Or will this once-great club fall victim to its own privilege and pride? Find out in this unconventional, darkly humorous tale of power, satire, and societal change.
