Housed in a custom clamshell case in quarter dark brown leather, gilt title and date on the spine, green cloth sides. Laid in is an original unaddressed mailing envelope. One of 1,500 copies attractively printed on mould-made paper by the Grabhorn Press. A fine, well-preserved copy. Magee and Magee 458.
