Douglas Reeves, PhD, is the author of more than forty books and one hundred articles on leadership and organizational effectiveness. Twice named to the Harvard University Distinguished Authors Series, Dr. Reeves has worked with education and nonprofit organizations in fifty U.S. states and more than forty countries. Dr. Reeves's volunteer activities include service as the founding editor and co-publisher of The SNAFU Review, a collection of essays, stories, poetry, and art by disabled veterans. He is also the founder of the Marsh Writers Collaborative, an open forum for writers encouraging writers, as well as Finish the Dissertation, which provides free and noncommercial help to writers and doctoral candidates around the world. Dr. Reeves is a fellow of the Institute of Coaching, an affiliate of the Harvard Medical School.
