About the Author

John E. Wade, II is a retired certified public accountant with more than 30 years of experience in government and private business. While Wade�s first writings were of a financial subject matter, he soon found himself writing about personal experiences to help him through difficult times in his life. The result is an intimate collection of essays: Deep Within My Heart.

Having been in analysis since 1977, Wade has fine tuned the art of introspective thinking and coupled this skill with a rare honesty that shines throughout his work.

Wade�s first published collection, Deep Within My Heart touches on such personal topics as his bipolar condition, life in his adopted hometown of New Orleans, political observations and spiritual insights.

He confesses to writing in the wee hours of the morning over iced coffee. Wade�s hope for his book, above all else, is to alter the landscape of the world through its messages of hope and love.

Wade graduated first in his major from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. and also received a Masters degree in Accounting. He was president of the accounting honor society Beta Alpha Psi.
