Deep Rest: Poetry from a Healing Mind

Born from journal entries, late-night voice memos, and drafted emails written to no one, deep rest is a mental health poetry collection about living with depression, anxiety, and grief - and the fragile, stubborn desire to stay.

These poems move through the quieter, harder corners of the mind before opening outward into relationships, caregiving, loss, and ultimately love and belonging. They arrive not as a resolution, but as proof: connection is possible, and it is worth working toward.

For readers of confessional poetry and healing poetry, and for anyone learning to carry what they've carried in silence.
