About the Author

Dr. A.N. Swamy, a former Senior Research Fellow (Defence) M.A and Ph.D in Geography from Delhi University and Michigan respectively, worked for eighteen years and possessed intense experience while working in the same capacity. He has written several articles on environment in relation to defence in various esteemed magazines and papers of national and international reputes.
