Romanczyk, PhD, BCBA Dr. Romanczyk is a professor of Clinical Psychology at SUNY Binghamton and Adjunt Professor of Psychiatry at SUNY Health Sciences Center of Syracuse. As founder and director of the Institute for Child Development, he has been involved in advocacy, program development, and direct services to children and families for over 30 years.
