He is the author, coauthor, and coeditor of forty books, including a landmark translation of Alejandro Morales' Barrio on the Edge and Aztl�n: Essays on the Chicano Homeland (UNM Press).

Clark A. Colahan is a professor emeritus of Spanish at Whitman College, Walla Walla, Washington. He is also the author of The Visions of Sor Mar�a de Agreda: Writing Knowledge and Power.
