Nineteenth century full morocco gilt, all edges gilt, a nice copy of an uncommon title. Bound in at the rear is a single sheet prospectus for the author's "The Ancient and Modern History of Saint Peter's Magnificent Cathedral in the City of York." The author's 24 page pamphlet "Divine Justice and Mercy Displayed.Judas Iscariot." published in 1772, which is occasionally present, is absent here.
