Dr. Amy Climer specializes in enhancing team creativity and innovation. Since 1995, she has coached countless groups and leaders about creativity, leadership and change, team development, and facilitation skills. Amy holds a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University and is the creator of Climer Cards, a tool designed to evoke metaphors and generate ideas.
