Frontespizio con marca tipografica calcografica. Coperta coeva in pergamena rigida; piatti e dorso decorati con elementi fitomorfi impressi in oro; titolo e autore manoscritti al dorso non più apprezzabili. Testatine, segnature e culs-de-lampe xilografici. Discreto stato di conservazione: presenti gore d'acqua e imbrunimento di alcune carte. L'esemplare, dedicato alla duchessa Anna Isabella Gonzaga, è un'opera medico-scientifica del 1693, composta da discussioni e questioni su diversi problemi della medicina. L'autore, Giovanni Giacomo Brusaschi, analizza temi teorici e casi controversi secondo la tradizione erudita del Seicento in questo testo redatto sia in latino sia in volgare. Formato: In 16°.
