About the Author

Rob delivered his first ransom to Somali pirates about fifteen years ago. Since then he and his team have freed more than 800 hostages, released several billion dollars worth of shipping and cargo's and delivered more than a hundred million dollars in ransoms.Rob started his career as a military helicopter pilot and then moved to Africa where he worked as a security and crisis manager for some of the largest companies in the world.From the ice and snow above the arctic circle to the deserts in the Sahara. From the jungles in Africa to the rippling waves of the Indian Ocean, Rob has led projects around the globe. His real life experience in so many places with so many fascinating characters doing such daring deeds makes him the ideal author of How to Deliver A Ransom, and The Response Files.Rob now lives in England and is lucky to do so with his wife and children.
