About this Item

The First Edition Library's facsimile of the 1970 original that was published by Houghton Mifflin. The book looks brand new and has no flaws I can see. The jacket has light rubs on the front panel, a flaw that appears frequently both in the FEL version and in the Houghton Mifflin original. The jacket has just a bit of light edgewear in places from going in and out of the slipcase, else fine. Photos are the best description. The slipcase has two small scrapes on spine, otherwise fine. Photos are the best description. First Edition Library Facsimiles had the same weight, size, typeface, art, dust jacket, finish and texture as the originals. Even mistakes (all first edition points are present) were duplicated. The series is now out of print and these facsimiles are collectible in their own right. The publisher's slip describing first edition points and other information about the book is prized by collectors and this book has it.
