About the Author
Stefaan Voet is Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, KU Leuven, Belgium and a host professor at the University of Hasselt, Belgium. He was the 2016–2017 TPR Chair at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands.
Lorenz Ködderitzsch is Assistant General Counsel at the Law Department EMEA, Johnson & Johnson, Belgium.
Magdalena Tulibacka is Faculty Lecturer at Emory Law School Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Burkhard Hess is the Director of the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law. He is a Professor at the Universities of Heidelberg and Luxembourg.
