Counts" stamped to half title and to title page, previous owner's name stamped to front end paper, otherwise unmarked pages throughout. This very scarce publication includes essays from Harold O. Rugg, George S. Counts, William H. Kilpatrick, Caroline B. Zachry and others. From the library of Ellen Condliffe Lagemann, noted educator, author and researcher via the library of George S. Counts, famed father of social reconstructionism in education.
