Jørgen Møller is Professor of Political Science at Aarhus University. Svend-Erik Skaaning is Professor of Political Science at Aarhus University, project manager for Varieties of Democracy (V-Dem), and consultant for International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA).
