About the Authors

Andrew Sadler was formerly a Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon in Lincoln and latterly a Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery at Barts and the London.

Leo Cheng is a Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at Barts and the London NHS Trust & at Homerton University NHS Trust and a volunteer Maxillofacial Surgeon on board the Mercy Ships.
