The main objective of the book is to educate the public and forewarn them of the many pitfalls, myths, and falsehoods along the way to good health. For instance, many books sold are promoting Apple Cider Vinegar as a cure-all without warning the public of certain dangers. Other dangers included rampant tooth decay, diabetes, destruction of the gut microbiome, and colon cancer. It is good to the taste and with over sixty years of research we know it prevents tooth decay, the spread of bad bacteria, the aggravating nasal and sinus congestion, middle ear infections and probably colon cancer. Just the excessive use of sugar or grinding of teeth can do a tremendous amount of damage that will affect your over-all health. The book reveals 23 widespread myths, 100's of amazing facts, 45 "truth-bytes" that will help you change the course of your life.
