Inspired by his own battle with depression, the author Dacari J. Middlebrooks takes us on a journey through what it's like to battle with depression from a Millennial state. Over the course of the book, you will discover how PTSD, Severe Depression, and Significant losses have aided in what he calls "Mental Disruption," losing the capacity to believe, and think positively about life. It is the author's hope that those battling with depression; particularly Millennials will find inspiration in his story, seek treatment, and survive the unmet expectations levied against them.
