Depression: Our Normal Transitional Emotions

Millions of people live with depression as a daily reality without understanding what is happening within them. If you are conscious of depression you are trying as a dual soul to transition out of old beliefs and fearful emotions into a new mental understanding and loving emotions. It is through the knowledge of our own invisible energy fields that we have the power to heal depression and disease. The only true cure for depression is to release the negative ego beliefs that separate the two sides of our brain and let our dual soul mind work as one mind. Our only long-term hope lies within our willingness to change the way that we think, the way that we feel, our emotional reactions to life, and the way that we behave towards ourself and others.
