Stained and well worn brown marbled boards, the front panel detached owing to front hinge of leather spine being split; 'Natural History' in faded gilt lettering, and top of spine faryed and torn. Internally ffep absent and remaining endpapers grubby as is title page and many of the 210 pages of text. Pp 8, (2), 2-210. Pagination of plates confusing but there are 95 full plates including folding 'Greenland Fishery'; and the last plate (beehive); approx. last 40 plates affected by significant water mark. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
