Solida ed elegante legatura ottocentesca in mezza pergamena con punte, dorso liscio con fregi e titoli in oro su doppio tassello. Qualche lieve fioritura, ma ottimo esemplare. Importante catalogo che descrive oltre 700 sculture e bassorilievi conservati al Louvre (al tempo Mus�e Royal). Opera iniziata da Quirino Visconti, continuata ed ampliata nella presente edizione dal Conte de Clarac.
