Large crease present down center of all pages/covers. Spine is heavily rubbed and worn with tears present along entirety but only separating at the base. Various scuffs, stains, creases, and tears throughout, however it doesn't interfere with the text in a way that makes it illegible. First page has detached but is present. With in-color maps going into detail for each province, this book would make a lovely addition to any collection. Large book may require extra shipping charges.
