Title lettered card stock cover; rear cover lacking. About 200 unnumbered pages; the first 10 or so pages show new built homes first without landscape planting and then with the color benefits of some of the plants and flowers available from the nursery's catalogue. The following 190 or so pages showcase the variety of shrubbery, flowers, trees etc available with a descriptive page and a facing 4 color litho plate. Moderate damp line to the last 40 or so pages. Lacking rear cover and perhaps a few leaves at rear. Moderate general shelf wear and light soiling to externals. Good only.
