8vo, "5 pages" aka pp. [16] but folding out to display pages of various sizes; illustrated throughout and printed in red and black; one small pencil mark, else fine. A sporadically produced and eclecctic production by the humorist, director, and architect Harry Oliver. This issue is dedicated to animals, with quips, jokes, guest articles, usually focused on the southwest. The full-sheet page is dedicated to Oliver's dog Whiskers, who was shot on Chirstmas day. The scrap book was almost never dated, but assuming each "pouch" is roughly a years wroth of "packets," this issue was likely published around 1960. The final issue was put out in 1967.
