Second edition of work originally published in 1961. Hard cover book in good plus condition with soiling on the covers . Corners lightly won and spine caps softened. Tanned areas on the endpapers. Chinese import label on the ffe along with rubber stamped red letter. Otherwise, pages are tanned, clean, smooth and unmarked. The binding is tight. Profusely illustrated with charts, photographs and drawings in black and white.
