Design and Development of a Management Platform: scientific events with Online Broadcasting organized at the Assane Seck University of Ziguinchor

The scientific days, conferences, and events organized within the doctoral schools of Assane Seck University play an essential role for these structures. In other words, they contribute significantly to the dissemination of research by offering doctoral students the opportunity to present their work, whether in progress or completed. Furthermore, these activities represent crucial elements for the proper functioning of doctoral schools, thus preparing doctoral students for their future careers, providing them with visibility, allowing them to evaluate themselves, and giving them the opportunity to receive constructive feedback. The management and organization of these events require a substantial allocation of resources and time. The process begins with a call for papers, followed by the reception of paper proposals. Then comes the study and validation of the selected speakers, followed by invitations to participants. Thus, effective participation may then require online broadcasting, using videoconferencing tools.
