Zun�chst wurden die Kerntabletten unter Verwendung verschiedener Konzentrationen von Superzerfallsprodukten hergestellt. Die formulierten Kerntabletten wurden mit Hilfe der Kompressionsbeschichtungstechnologie mit den Polymeren beschichtet. F�r die Formulierung der Kerntabletten wurden Natriumst�rkeglykollat, Kreuz-Povidon und Kreuz-Carmellose-Natrium als Superzerfallsmittel verwendet. Alle Kern- und Presstablettenformulierungen wurden verschiedenen physikalischen und chemischen Bewertungstests f�r Kern- und Presstabletten unterzogen. Die Dicke, die H�rte und die Gewichtsschwankungen aller Tablettenformulierungen lagen innerhalb der offiziellen Pharmakop�e-Grenzwerte. F�r den Press�berzug wurden Eudragit S 100, Eudragit L 100 und Ethylcellulose als �berzugspolymere verwendet. Die maximale Wirkstofffreisetzung wurde durch die Kombination der Polymere im Verh�ltnis 1:1 erreicht.
