Smith Professor of Civil and Architectural Engineering at the University of Wyoming and President of BridgeTech, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in software development for bridge engineering. With over thirty years of experience in bridge research and development, he has developed software for the analysis and rating of bridge systems that is currently in use at over forty transportation agencies.
