Design of Logic Systems (Paperback)

Paperback. Logic systems design requires solutions to a wide range of problems, from theoretical analysis to circuit construction and testing. Designers have to be able to select the most appropriate techniques and components to create products which meet their specifications and consume the minimum design time and cost. This work provides coverage of all the topics needed for intermediate and advanced degree and diploma courses in digital design. It emphasizes the value of formal methods to ensure the proper operation of complex digital circuits, while illustrating their practical applications by reference to existing designs and components. Economic factors relating to design, manufacture and testing are presented throughout and all chapters are supported by tutorial problems with fully worked solutions.
